First of all my personal favourite web design gallery is Design Shack. As well as showing off some recent web designs Design Shack also has some fantastic articles relevant to anyone in the web industry. The site is updated daily and shows only the best of the best in beautifully crafted websites.
Another great CSS gallery is Creattica. The website itself is split up into many areas of design from website design to business cards and even poster design. The CSS section is updated almost daily and always includes some high end websites. Both Design Shack and Creattica allow visitors to rate each design and link directly to the websites themselves.
Websites like these are important as they constantly display work of a high quality giving designers and developers something to aim for and push thier own creativity.
